Recognized as a prominent design strategist and architectural matchmaker with a unique expertise, Susanna Sirefman, founder and president of Dovetail Design Strategists, is also a sought-after writer and speaker across the industry.

She has authored five books on contemporary architecture, including guides to understanding recent architecture in New York City and Chicago, and has penned articles for noted publications like the Wall Street Journal, The Journal of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, and numerous architecture and design publications.

Amongst her speaking engagements, Susanna was brought on as a featured guest on the US Modernist Radio show to discuss “Bigtime Architecture Competitions,” and on EntreArchitect, where she spoke on “Matching Talented Architects to Growing Institutions” and convening a panel for the National Arts Club titled, “Buildings, Race, and History: Inspiring Architects in Conversation.” Susanna also serves as a visiting critic at architecture and urban design programs around the globe.
